SHIPPING POLICY

Please expect shipping delays. Due to COVID-19, we are seeing all carriers from USPS, UPS and FedEx continue to have slower transit times due to increased volume and lower staffing in order to continue operating while adhering to CDC guidelines.

We offer free first-class shipping with tracking (No Insurance) on Domestic orders excluding HI and AK over $25.00.

Processing time is 1 to 2 business days. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

  • Domestic Shipping: All U.S orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail WITHOUT Insurance within 2 business days after being placed. After the order is shipped, allow up to 3-6 days for delivery depending on your location and local post office. If you prefer faster service, select USPS Priority Shipping at check out and we will ship within 2 business days after being placed and allow up to 2-3 business days for USPS to delivery after being shipped. Please allow extra time for holidays.
  • International Shipping: International orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS First Class Mail WITHOUT Insurance or Value-Added Tax collected (we don’t have the resource to collect and remit to your Customs). Please be aware if your country collects Value-added Tax (VAT,) your Customs will collect from you in order to release the shipment. Delivery can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks, possibly longer due to Covid-19 depending how quickly your customs processes your package and your postal delivery time. Due to Covid-19, we are currently not shipping internationally outside of USA and Canada.

Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. Insurance is available to any orders and is recommended for any orders you can’t afford to lose. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout. If you purchase the priority mail upgrade it does not mean your purchase will ship the next business day, it means it will ship priority mail rather than first class.

Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS.

SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your order before it ships, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount paid if you decide to cancel it for any reason. Credit card processors do not refund the credit card payment processing fees they charge companies like ours when a customer places an order if the customer decides to cancel for any reason. The restocking fee is to cover these fees. Please be sure you are ordering the correct product, if you by any chance order something that's not the correct item and your order has not shipped, email us and we will make the changes to your order. Do not place another order with the correct items.  

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: You may exchange or return your unused product that has not been removed from the backing paper within 10 days of receipt, if you are returning the product for a refund, the refund will be issue minus the shipping charge (First Class or Priority). If there is an issue with your order when you receive it and it was at fault of (Hair Glove) we will work with you to fix this, you may be asked to provide photographic proof for refunds or exchanges.  We do not REFUND for damage of package, If you like to add insurance to your order to cover this please select USPS Priority shipping at checkout and your shipment will be insured for up to $100 USD.
